Mr. Stanley Tseng is the Senior Counsel at Thanlwin Legal. He has extensive experience in investment, corporate law, contract drafting and negotiations.

 

Prior to starting at Thanlwin Legal, Mr. Tseng was the Senior Legal Counsel at Asus Group, a leading electronics manufacturer and a Global 500 company, and was appointed to Shanghai to lead its China matters. He has amassed rich experience in coordination with the largest high-tech conglomerates such as Apple, Microsoft, and Huawei.  Mr. Tseng negotiated investment agreements with local governments in China, as well as managed construction tenders in amounts over USD100 million.

 

In Myanmar, Mr. Tseng combines and draws on his international experience to offer legal services and counsel in commercial contracts, general trade, investments, infrastructure and construction.

 

Mr. Tseng has advised over 100 companies to enter Myanmar successfully and has been regularly invited to speak on the topic of Myanmar Investment.
